Below are the terms and conditions of your Membership. The Business may update these terms and conditions from time to time and will make such updates available to you in writing. By purchasing, continuing, and accessing your membership in Idea Camp, you accept and agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions, including all updates when made available to you in writing. 

Membership Term. Idea Camp membership is active from July 6, 2025 or after purchase of Idea Camp Membership. Idea Camp membership ends on August 30, 2025.


Membership Fee. Business charges you a one time fee (a “Membership Fee”) for your membership in Idea Camp. However, there is no annual or other fee for your membership in Idea Camp for the Membership Initial Term. There will be no Membership Fee for any Membership Renewal Term. Business will never charge you a Membership Fee without your prior express consent.


Membership Benefits. The Business will offer its members access to Business member-specific events, benefits, and other opportunities, including as those are cultivated, modified, or otherwise developed over time. Idea Camp: Bi- Weekly zoom sessions for co-working and creative advising with Business, Weekly assignments delivered in your inbox from Business, Chat community with Business and members (24 hr response time), Feedback portal to submit weekly assignments, and get feedback from Business (3-5 day response time). 


Communications & Privacy. The Business will use your personal information to contact you about certain programs and/or benefits about which the Business believes you may be interested. The Business will not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party except upon receiving your prior consent.


Termination of Membership. (a) You may terminate your membership at any time and for any reason upon written notice to the Business, which you may deliver by email to doyouevermedia@gmail.com. (b) Business may terminate your membership: (i) at any time and for any reason upon 10 days notice prior to the commencement of any Membership Renewal Term; or (ii) immediately upon notice for your failure to conduct yourself professionally or for engaging in disruptive behavior while participating in any event or benefit or otherwise while engaging in a Business delivered opportunity, or for your violation of community agreements and code of conduct. 


Disclaimer of Liability. The Business does not make any express or implied warranty, including warranties for any particular purpose with respect to the products and services offered, and expressly disclaim all such warranties. Member agrees that the Business does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the product or service. Member hereby releases and discharges the Business from all claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from Member’s use of or participation. 


Member acknowledges that neither the Business, their affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, agents, third parties, or licensors warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from these Events as to the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or content of any information or service provided through the Events.


Member understands that the Business does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth or any results of any kind. Member agrees that their results are dependent on various factors including but not limited to, skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business acumen, and finances and in no way dependent on any information the Business provides to Member.


Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that the Business is not responsible for any loss, property damage, death, illness or bodily injury, caused by your attendance at the Events. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, the Business will not be responsible to the Member or any third party claims, special or consequential, economic or other damages arising in any way out of your purchase or attendance at the Events.


Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PAC PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE BUSINESS AND/OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
